How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow us 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) from order acceptance to ship out your order. Once shipped, it should take between 3-5 business days for standard shipping to reach you if you are within the US.

Standard international delivery could take longer based on the the carrier.

We offer delivery time estimates at checkout, along with various options and rates. Please refer to the shipping details at checkout for more accurate delivery times.

How much is shipping?

US Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within the United States for all orders $100 USD and over.

For orders under $100 USD, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping Policy

We offer flat rate shipping on international orders $100 USD and over.

For orders under $100 USD, we offer calculated shipping rates with various delivery times from UPS or USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Will I be subject to customs duties and taxes?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rework Gear will not be responsible for these fees, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover any such charges. 

We will not be able to provide estimates of these charges due to the diverse nature of these international regulations. Finally, please note that we cannot mark orders as gifts or lower the invoice sales value.

What is your return and refunds policy?

US Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To begin a return, please visit our return portal HERE.

We work with a returns platform called Redo to provide you free return shipping if you purchase it for $1.98 at checkout. Otherwise, you may still process your return through the Redo return portal, but a shipping fee will be calculated and deducted from your refund amount.

International Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on purchases made outside of the United States. However, international purchases are still eligible for our warranty policy.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method 2 business days after we receive your package. Please remember it can take some time (up to 10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What are the care instructions for Rework bags?

All of our products must be spot cleaned only. You can take a damp towel, apply a small dab of soap and wipe clean, then leave to dry. Please do not put our products in a washer or dryer. Doing so may result in damage to the seams, fabric, and foam padding.

How do MODs attach onto the 22L Reset Pack?

Our Tech Case and Essentials Case come with 4 YKK Annex Clips with purchase. These clips will help you attach the MODs onto the 22L Reset Pack, as well as the Laptop Case. These clips are removable should you wish to take them off the MODs.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are made in Vietnam.

Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

Our aim is to make durable, lasting products that stand the test of time. That’s why we are offering a lifetime warranty for all our products.

The warranty will cover any defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure in the function of the product. Materials refer to fabric, zippers, buckles, and other hardware. Workmanship refers to seams, seam tape, and construction. Function refers to the product's ability to provide the primary utility of its feature(s). Only products in an unaltered state will be covered by this policy. 

This policy does not cover any issues/defects caused by rips, tears, misuse, UV degradation, accidents, and improper care. We also do not cover the inevitable breakdown of materials that have reached the end of life. Please use your best judgment as to whether the issues fall under our coverage.

To request coverage through our warranty policy, please email help@reworkgear.com with your receipt/proof of purchase and pictures of the defect/issue. If a product is found to be with material and/or workmanship defect(s) that cause functional failure, we will repair or replace your product at no charge.
