Order Processing

Please allow us 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and major holidays) from order acceptance to ship out your order. Once processed, you will receive an email with the order tracking number, but please allow some time for tracking information to be updated.

 

US Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping within the United States for all orders $75 USD and over.

Expedited shipping rates are also offered, and will be calculated at checkout.

 

International Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide expedited shipping via Fedex or UPS (2-5 business days excluding processing time) to most countries outside of the United States. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping for Select Countries

For the countries below, we also offer standard international shipping (6-15 business days excluding processing time) at a discounted rate in addition to the expedited shipping option. Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Japan (Standard shipping available only on packages <1lb via Ascendia)

The carrier for this service is a combination of the US Postal Service (USPS) and your local postal service for last mile delivery (except Japan via Ascendia). Please note that tracking may be limited for standard international shipping, and you may not get complete tracking notifications for your package.

 

Import Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rework Gear will not be responsible for these fees, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover any such charges. 

We will not be able to provide estimates of these charges due to the diverse nature of these international regulations. Finally, please note that we cannot mark orders as gifts or lower the invoice sales value.

 

Important Note

Please make sure to fill out your shipping details and contact information in English/Latin alphabets at checkout to avoid issues with your package. Rework Gear will not be responsible for any lost packages.
