Order Processing

We ship out from our warehouse in California, United States. All estimated shipping durations are calculated based on the Pacific Time zone. Please allow us 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and major holidays) from order acceptance to ship out your order. Once processed, you will receive an email with the order tracking number, but please allow some time for tracking information to be updated.

 

US Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping (2-7 business days) within the mainland United States for all orders $99 USD and over. Transit times to US minor lying islands and territories might take longer, up to 10 business days for Hawaii and Alaska, or 5+ weeks for other islands and territories.

Expedited shipping rates for the mainland US and Hawaii are also offered, and will be calculated at checkout. 

Please note that all delivery times provided are estimates, and actual delivery times can vary.

 

International Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide expedited shipping via UPS Worldwide Expedited or DHL Express Worldwide (2-6 business days excluding processing time) to most countries outside of the United States. We also offer lower-cost, Standard or Economy International shipping rates for select countries. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Customs Fees, Duties and Taxes

Customers will be responsible for customs fees and import duties (if applicable), except customers in the EU, UK, Australia, Japan, and Singapore.

Orders shipping to the EU, UK, Australia, Japan, and Singapore will be charged any applicable GST/taxes/duties/customs fees at checkout. No additional customs charges will be due upon delivery.

We will not be able to provide estimates of customs charges due to the diverse nature of these international regulations.  If the customer refuses to receive the package, Rework Gear will not be able to process a refund. Finally, please note that we cannot mark orders as gifts or lower the invoice sales value.

 

Important Note

Please make sure to fill out your shipping details and contact information in English/Latin alphabets at checkout to avoid issues with your package. Rework Gear will not be responsible for any lost packages.
