Order Processing
We ship out from our warehouse in California, United States. All estimated shipping durations are calculated based on the Pacific Time zone. Please allow us 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and major holidays) from order acceptance to ship out your order. Once processed, you will receive an email with the order tracking number, but please allow some time for tracking information to be updated.
US Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping (2-7 business days) within the United States for all orders $98 USD and over.
Expedited shipping rates are also offered, and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that all delivery times provided are estimates, and actual delivery times can vary.
International Shipping Policy
We offer worldwide expedited shipping via Fedex or DHL (2-5 business days excluding processing time) to most countries outside of the United States. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Economy Shipping for Select Countries
For the countries below, we also offer economy international shipping (between 1 to 3+ weeks excluding processing time) at a discounted rate in addition to the expedited shipping option. If you do not see your country below, you might still have this option available. Please refer to the shipping rates displayed at checkout.
The carrier for this service is a combination of the US Postal Service (USPS) and your local postal service for last mile delivery.

Customs Fees, Duties and Taxes
Customers will be responsible for customs fees and import duties (if applicable). Australia and Singapore are duty free.
EU VAT for orders under €150 are charged at checkout. There are no hidden costs or extra charges upon delivery. Orders over €150 are not charged VAT or import duties at the point of checkout and could be subject to VAT, import duties, or courier handling fees upon delivery.
We will not be able to provide estimates of these charges due to the diverse nature of these international regulations. If the customer refuses to receive the package, Rework gear will not be able to process a refund. Finally, please note that we cannot mark orders as gifts or lower the invoice sales value.
Important Note
Please make sure to fill out your shipping details and contact information in English/Latin alphabets at checkout to avoid issues with your package. Rework Gear will not be responsible for any lost packages.
