United States and Canada Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To begin a return, please visit our return portal HERE.

We work with a returns platform called Redo to provide you free return shipping if you purchase it for $1.98 at checkout. Otherwise, you may still process your return through the Redo return portal, but a shipping fee will be calculated and deducted from your refund amount.

International Returns (outside United States and Canada)
Unfortunately, we do not offer international returns at this time.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at help@reworkgear.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method 2 business days after we receive your package. Please remember it can take some time (up to 10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We do not refund credit card and transaction fees, as well as shipping charges.

Please note that only orders purchased through https://reworkgear.com are eligible for returns and refunds. Orders purchased through Kickstarter will not be refundable.
