Returns/Exchanges and Refunds
United States and Canada Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you return only part of a bundle or promotional order, the discount no longer applies. Your refund will be adjusted so any items you keep are charged at their regular price.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns shall not:
- Be deformed or bent due to inappropriately-sized return packaging.
- Have any noticeable smells as a result of perfumes, colognes, detergent, or other odors.
- Be scuffed or dirty with signs of wear.
If we receive returns that are not eligible for restocking, we reserve the right to reject it. A cleaning fee of $25 might be deducted from your refund if the return is dirty and has to be cleaned.

We work with a returns platform called Redo to provide you free return shipping (only in the United States) if you purchase it for $1.98 at checkout. Otherwise, you may still process your return through the Redo return portal, but a shipping fee will be calculated and deducted from your refund amount. We do not provide the free return shipping option for Canadian orders, but you may still process a return through Redo and a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

International Returns/Exchanges (outside United States and Canada)
Unfortunately, we do not offer international returns or exchanges at this time.
United States and Canada Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To begin an exchange, please also process it through our returns portal HERE.
If you are in the United States and purchased Redo coverage for $1.98 at checkout, a return label will be provided to you at no charge. If you are in Canada or did not purchase Redo coverage at checkout, you may still process your exchange but you will be charged a fee for a return label.
If the exchange is for an item with a lesser value, you can choose between a refund in the form of Store Credit or back to your original payment method. If the exchange is for an item with a higher value, you will be charged the difference during the exchange process.
We offer instant exchanges where we will ship your new item out as soon as any difference in value has been processed by our system, not requiring the original item to be shipped back to us first. You will be required to authorize a deposit on the original item for an instant exchange, and will be charged for the price of the original item in the event that it is not shipped back to us within 7 days.

Exchanges outside of the United States or Canada are not allowed at this time.
Final Sale/Outlet Items
All items marked as final sale or in our outlet are ineligible for returns or refunds within and outside the USA.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at help@reworkgear.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method 2 business days after we receive your package. Please remember it can take some time (up to 10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We do not refund credit card and transaction fees, as well as shipping charges.
Please note that only orders purchased through https://reworkgear.com are eligible for returns and refunds. Orders purchased through resellers are not eligible for returns or refunds.
