Warranty

Our aim is to make durable, lasting products that stand the test of time. We will always put our customers’ interest as the number one priority, especially after you have put in research and your hard earned dime into buying our products. That’s why we are offering a limited lifetime warranty on all our products.

What’s covered

The warranty will cover any defects in materials and workmanship of the product. Materials refer to fabric, zippers, buckles, and other hardware. Workmanship refers to seams, seam tape, and construction.

In addition, the warranty covers breakdown in the product that results in failure of function as well. Function refers to the product's ability to provide the primary utility of its feature(s). This clause can be subjective and will ultimately be at our discretion, but please keep in mind our goal is to ensure that our products are not falling short of their purpose. If you feel that the product has failed too soon with normal use, then you are probably eligible for claim under product breakdown. To help you decide, these are some examples of what is covered:

  1. Breakage or tearing at the seams
  2. Broken/faulty zippers that affect opening and closing
  3. Broken/faulty buckles
  4. Fabric or webbing breakdown that causes the product’s inability to contain items

What’s not covered

This policy does not cover the following issues/defects: 

  1. Cosmetic blemishes, stains, wear and tear that do not affect function
  2. Misuse, accidents, and improper care
  3. Degradation due to long periods of exposure to UV and humidity

Please note that only products in an unaltered state will be covered by this policy. Ultimately, we want to provide a good user experience to our customers and be fair to you if the fault is on us. In return, we ask that our customers also be fair to us by using your best judgment on whether the issues/defects are a result of a faulty product or if it was just misuse.

 

How to make a claim

To request coverage through our warranty policy, please email help@reworkgear.com with your receipt/proof of purchase and pictures of the defect/issue. If a product is found to be eligible for coverage, we will repair or replace your product with a functioning item at the same or better condition at no charge. We will cover the cost of shipping within the USA, but the customer will be responsible for shipping costs if outside of the USA.
