22L Reset Pack

Long review, but worth sharing. I recently discovered this brand while hunting for a new travel backpack that could keep up with my constantly shifting lifestyle. After comparing it to AER, Evergoods, Peak Design, Patagonia and too many others, I was sold on the Rework Reset system. The value, quality, and modularity really deliver on what they promise.

Here’s the kicker: the product itself is great and checked all my boxes, but the “System” bundle I wanted was out of stock. So I pieced it together individually—ended up spending about $30–$40 more, but still felt it was worth it.

Fast-forward a couple weeks, and the System bundle is suddenly back in stock and discounted. I reached out to customer service, and Jia responded the next morning. Without hesitation, they matched the bundle price. That kind of responsiveness and care? You don’t see it often.

I love backing companies—especially founders and small teams—who stand behind their products and their customers. Thanks again. Now it’s time to see how this system holds up to my chaotic work travel schedule.

After a great deal of research and searching this pack covered all my boxes. Clamshell design with option to increase storage via internal strapping. The raised laptop protection is excellent. Build quality and organization are both great. Thanks for designing the backpack I've been searching for!

I've looked at tons of backpacks and many are great, though often there was something that didn't quite work for me (whether it's the admin organisation, the lack of a water bottle pocket on both sides, no separate laptop compartment or the price tag). And then, almost by chance, I found this one and it was perfect at first sight. There aren't many reviews out there, which is astonishing given how well-reviewed the Toshi sling is. For me this is the backpack I've been looking for all along. I merely wasn't keen on getting a black backpack, but it does look great and I have zero regrets. Also, quick delivery and excellent quality. No complaints.

I watched a review on this backpack and pouch system, and I had to give it a try. I have been amazed at the quality and versatility of this backpack. I have another Backpack that is a 3 in 1 and usually use that when I fly, due to the stowable straps. I have now switched to this Backpack. The straps are comfortable, they stow away very neatly or you can remove them. Layout is awesome, can be used for travel, hiking, as a personal item when flying. Great size and fits more than you think. I look forward to seeing the evolution of this backpack in future versions ( keep the stowable straps, that is an extremely useful feature.). The pouches actually look like they belong on the backpack, and not an afterthought. Well made. Joy to carry. Keep up the awesome work!

This backpack is basically perfect, even without the add ons. Clam shell opening, great materials, smooth zippers, and a great set of pockets for organization. Easily passes as a personal item to accompany rolling luggage
