I was researching for six months for a new premium backpack and finally decided to order a Rework Reset Pack due to the price quality value. Great materials, organization and all around features. I am only missing the glasses pocket on the top. I would 100% recommend if you are looking for a great value and looking for a premium experience.
Great materials and organization, love the dual water bottle pockets, would have liked dual zippers on the laptop compartment. The little zip pocket at the top of the laptop compartment for cords is genius though! Wish it had the option of being a tad bigger though.
Excellent backpack. Very well organized and laid out. Made from rugged material - looking forward to using this backpack for many years of travel ahead.
Long review, but worth sharing. I recently discovered this brand while hunting for a new travel backpack that could keep up with my constantly shifting lifestyle. After comparing it to AER, Evergoods, Peak Design, Patagonia and too many others, I was sold on the Rework Reset system. The value, quality, and modularity really deliver on what they promise.
Here’s the kicker: the product itself is great and checked all my boxes, but the “System” bundle I wanted was out of stock. So I pieced it together individually—ended up spending about $30–$40 more, but still felt it was worth it.
Fast-forward a couple weeks, and the System bundle is suddenly back in stock and discounted. I reached out to customer service, and Jia responded the next morning. Without hesitation, they matched the bundle price. That kind of responsiveness and care? You don’t see it often.
I love backing companies—especially founders and small teams—who stand behind their products and their customers. Thanks again. Now it’s time to see how this system holds up to my chaotic work travel schedule.
After a great deal of research and searching this pack covered all my boxes. Clamshell design with option to increase storage via internal strapping. The raised laptop protection is excellent. Build quality and organization are both great. Thanks for designing the backpack I've been searching for!
