Ergonomic Harness System

U-Shaped Wireframe
A lightweight steel frame that gives the back panel structure and provides resistance when the load-lifters are engaged.
Load-lifters
Adjustable load-lifters work in tandem with the wireframe to bring the load closer to the body.
Sternum Strap
Brings the shoulder straps toward the center of the chest and keeps the pack stable while on the move.

Comfort always comes first, then utility, then aesthetics. This is one of the most comfortable large packs I have tried. Utility is great if you prefer a less structured pack which I do. Looks great fully loaded

Perfect Flight Bag for Airline Pilots!

I’ve been an Airline Pilot for many years and have gone through many flight bags. My first was a 5.11 duffle that was awesome and used it for close to 8 years or so but I wanted a backpack that I could also use for hiking on my overnights. Then I moved to several different backpacks such as Goruck, swissgear, evergoods, ect… but ended up using the Swissgear for a couple years but durability was lacking substantially so the bag search began again. Then I found the Rework 30L bag and took a chance and I’m so happy I did! This bag is perfect for my needs in literally every way imaginable. It’s comfortable, feels incredibly durable, the organization is possibly the best I’ve ever seen, and the additional add ons like lock loops, load lifters, and frame take it over the top. Seriously, in my opinion, this is quite possibly the perfect travel bag.

Fantastic Backpack

I travel often and have a few backpacks, looking to consolidate my backpacks, I looked online for reviews. This company came highly recommended and it lives up to the reviews. It is the best backpack that I have ever gotten. I started with their sling and loved it and now moved up to the backpack.

Exactly what I’ve been searching for

I have been looking for a mid-size travel backpack for many months now and I’ve finally found the perfect one with the Rework 30L. I’ve tried the Aer, the Tortuga, you name it… but nothing compares to the comfort of wearing this pack. When I received it, I tried it on and immediately threw the box away and ripped the tags off. The way it conforms to your back is so luxurious. The packing space also seems so much larger than a 30L and it has just the right amount of organization.
If this ever comes out in a 40+L with the same harness system, I’m first in line!

Incredibly solid travel bag

Love the feature set on this bag - the design feels incredibly well-thought out and intentional for travel. The vertical-oriented design of the laptop compartment and the interior and exterior pockets make it easy to organize and access gear without having to dig around the bag. I was impressed with the capacity of the bag - I was able to use it as my only bag for a 4-day work trip. The frame system and the load lifters on the shoulder straps is genius and really makes a noticeable difference in easing the weight of the pack on the shoulders. The back panel and shoulder straps make for a very comfortable carry. The only critique I have is that the sternum strap feels flimsy and kept sliding up the rail when the bag was packed out, almost like it wasn't wide or strong enough to counteract the weight of the pack. Having to frequently fiddle with and readjust the sternum strap so it doesn't slide off the rail is the only drawback on an otherwise excellent bag.
