Toshi Pack 20L

This is a great bag with a slim profile that can nonetheless hold a lot. The clamshell opening is great and there is a good amount of organization with the top pocket, slim front pocket with side access and dial water bottle holders. The laptop compartment is a great size. My only gripe is the shoulder straps are a bit wide but you get used to it. A great everyday bag that’s a solid option for a personal item while travelling

Good quality materials, comfortable, and has lot of space and organization. I was originally comparing between Aer CPP2 and Toshi, but the laptop compartment of the Toshi was slightly larger and more comfortable to put my laptop + laptop sleeve in. It was also a better combination of lightweight and spacious; both stored about the same amount of things, but the Toshi was noticeably lighter (and personally, at 5'4, I found the Toshi more comfortable), so I decided to keep the Toshi.

My only gripe is that the luggage pass is rather tight; I have a pretty tough time placing my backpack on and taking it off of my roller handle. I originally wanted to use this backpack as a hybrid travel-work backpack, but am now using it primarily as for work.

What can I say? I really have nothing to complain about. The backpack looks great, it's incredibly comfortable to wear, and the compartments are practical. I searched for a long time for the perfect backpack and I'm so glad I chose this one. Love it!

Really satisfied with the Toshi. Using the bag, you can see that everything has been very well thought out and every design choice / element has a purpose.

From the quality of the outer and inner materials, the zippers, the lining, you can see that Rework has considered the latest design choices in the market and incorporated a great selection into the bag - clamshell design, quality zippers, admin pocket, quick-access ambidextrous front pocket, etc. Can't really say anything that hasn't been covered in the numerous written / Youtube reviews covering this excellent backpack.

I really like the weight of the backpack and how it flattens / expands as you pack less or more, and how the main compartment's zippers kind of catch at a certain point, making it easy to open half-way without opening the whole clamshell.

It's the perfect 20L backpack, but do keep in mind that 20L is a pretty small backpack. Would love to see this in 25L, and in other materials or colours.

Personally, I really like seeing Jia & Zhiyu actively engaging with purchasers and comments on Youtube responding to various comments / criticism on their products, and I'm interested to see what's next for Rework, fantastic stuff.

My last back was a GoRuck GR1 Slick. I loved how configurable, durable, and versatile that bag was. However, I started doing a longer multi-leg commute, and have been craving a bag with more organization and more comfortable carrying + ventilation.

The Toshi Pack has been really, really good for me. It finds the perfect balance between intentional pockets/features without being overly prescriptive. I tried ~8 bags before landing on the Toshi Pack, and this is not easy feat. The Toshi Pack gives you different options on how to carry your gear, and all the options are really convenient and accessible. It has everything you need, without being minimal or too maximal. he bag also carries weight extremely well without looking overly bulky.

Overall, I'm very excited to continue using this bag.
