Quick Access On-the-Go

An ambidextrous side access pocket with hidden zipper tracks on the left and right to allow quick, on-body access to your essentials.

Unobstructed Top-Down Access

A swooped-back zipper on the top half ensures ease of top down access to items in the clam-shell main compartment.

Balanced Construction

Fully lined with a 210D ripstop nylon, and a 840D Nylon outer shell that balances weight and rigidity, with padding only where necessary to minimize bulk.

Nice Pack

Like the quality and the organization compartments. Have not had a chance to fully put it through its paces, but I expect it to work for my business travel needs. Like the price point compared to other $200+ options.

Great backpack but with room for improvement

It is a great commuter backpack. Material and craftmanship is wonderful and seems to be fairly durable. However, just three (3) areas of recommended improvements that could put this item above all other competitors ... 1) make it expandable by about 20% 2) better padding for laptop & tablet compartment with slightly little more width and 3) padded area of the shoulder straps to be little longer to cover front part of the shoulder comfortably when worn.

My search has finished with the Toshi 20L. I've most recently been carrying a similar style bag from another great maker, but this one checks all the boxes that the other missed. Great pocketing, surprisingly spacious for 20L, killer materials, comfortable, and not boxy like I had feared. My new favorite bag.

Perfect everyday bag

The Toshi Pack is truly a perfect bag, the minimal and sleek design looks stealthy and versatile. It's a perfect suitcase backpack where I can keep an extra change of clothes, snacks for the flight, and a small pouch and headphones. The perfect amount of pockets and organization, I never have to dig through pockets to find things. I hope to purchase the Toshi Sling in 2.51 next.

Great EDC Bag

I really fell down the rabbit hole of backpacks. After watching reviews religiously and comparing the features of so, so many backpacks, I heard mention of the Toshi 20L from a comment on a reddit post.

This backpack delivers. The admin panel is just enough organization for my needs. The top easy access pocket is great. The main compartment is just big enough to let me stack rubbermaid tupperware without turning them on their side. The laptop compartment is safe, spacious, and easy to access. The harness system is quite comfy. When fully packed, the bag still has a slim silhouette which is great for my bus commute. My only complaint is that the ambidextrous pocket is usually too tight to get into when my bag is packed. I wish the admin pocket just extended all the way down. I truly love this bag!
