An ambidextrous side access pocket with hidden zipper tracks on the left and right to allow quick, on-body access to your essentials.
Unobstructed Top-Down Access
A swooped-back zipper on the top half ensures ease of top down access to items in the clam-shell main compartment.
Balanced Construction
Fully lined with a 210D ripstop nylon, and a 840D Nylon outer shell that balances weight and rigidity, with padding only where necessary to minimize bulk.
Two-Device Compartment
A padded divider in the false-bottomed laptop compartment fits devices up to 16" on each side.
Adaptive Volume Paneling
The 3D back panel design creates a buffer zone that flexes and expands with how much the bag is loaded out.

Spent months reading and watching backpack review content trying to find the best pack for my needs. I'm glad I went with the Rework Toshi 20L. I've only had it for about a month, but I've been loving it so far. Finding a backpack with internal organization, vertical luggage pass through, and external water bottle pockets that can fit a 1L bottle was a pretty tough task. I also really love the front pocket with quick access from both sides. Excited to put this bag to more use.
My favorite back pack. Very small and compact but holds quite a bit. I use it for an overnight bag and it fits perfectly underneath the airplane seats. A very sturdy pack. I would definitely recommend!
I researched every backpack 20-28L and I am so happy I landed on this one. At 20L it's perfect for 16" MacBook, hard drives, sweatshirt, glasses, etc without feeling bulky. Still feels compact. The material is perfect - true ballistic nylon - not shiny. Pockets are perfectly placed - not too many superfluous. The bag is simple, elegance and did i mention comfortable. My first 3 days of wear were in NYC during a heatwave with the temps hitting 100degrees. Walking miles was perfectly comfortable and as cool as could be.
I was choosing between the Aer City Pro and the Toshi, and ultimately went with the Toshi because of it’s simplicity, and not overly designed
Really happy with my Toshi Pack! I’m considering getting one for my girlfriend as well.
My EDC pack for the last 10 years has been one of three packs from Alpha One Niner and, most recently, a Goruck double-compartment Bullet. For me personally, that sets the bar pretty high when looking at a new pack.
After 3 weeks of daily carry, the Toshi 20L has earned a spot with my favorites. Construction is solid, organization is just right for me and aesthetics are great. It carries really well and is very comfortable with my 13lb loadout. It’s too early to comment on durability, but I can’t imagine it would have any issues with normal, every day use.
I’m very impressed with the Toshi so far. I also purchased the Toshi 5L sling and will be loading it up soon. It should make a very capable combo for EDC and short-term travel.
