Toshi Pack 20L

Just got my new backpack. Been looking for a really good backpack. Found this one and and have the sling as well theibsis good with many pockets and organizing. Love my new bag

This bag has quickly become my go-to. The best part is the styling — zero branding on the outside, so it just reads as a clean, minimalist piece rather than a walking logo. Whenever people ask what I'm wearing, I end up giving it a glowing review without even meaning to.

The color is a big win too — a cool, muted tone rather than something loud like orange, which keeps the whole look understated and versatile enough to pair with anything.

Size-wise, 20L is the sweet spot: enough room for daily essentials without ever feeling bulky. And the zipper and main chokepoint are genuinely well engineered — smooth to open, secure when closed, no snagging.

Overall: modern, discreet, thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend if you want a backpack that looks intentional rather than logo-first.

Had an issue with my delivery (which was my fault). Contacted customer service. They were very accommodating and helped me get my bag delivered without any fuss.

The bag itself is awesome. I did a lot of research before buying, and the bag was exactly what I expected it to be. More comfortable than I thought it was anticipating. Doesn't stand on its own as well as my "perfect" bag if I were to dream up my own backpack design, but I knew that before purchasing.

Overall, I got help when I asked for it, and I got exactly what I paid for / what was advertised. Great experience.

Was really surprised with the Toshi 20l. I ordered several bags to try out and ended up keeping this one, it’s comfortable, compact, yet still carries more than everything I need.

This one has the perfect size as many other 20L backpacks for carrying around laptop and other stuff for the day are either much larger, baggy shaped or lack design elements like good external bottle pocket.

And this one even fits well into the Brompton folding bike front basket bag!

Hello , I really love the bag is really nice , I was wondering if I could add some idea to it ? For the next one could we have magnets holding the straps at the back on its place , as well as a fit magnetic lock for the main compartment , as well some safety mechanisms for where the laptops compartment as they’re quite expensive and people could easily unzip and steal them while your in a busy crowded area, I think those little futures would make it a perfect lightweight , giving you peace of mind for security, maybe we could add some aluminium hooks or g hooks on the side , we could use a extra lateral holding handle could come in handy or in both sides extended the main holding .
