Toshi V2 5 L

Such a great sling. I purchased the 2.5 and the 5 for an upcoming trip. I am keeping the 5L. Perfect size for my trip and as EDC. Great organization. Internal attachment loops for keys and other pouches using key leash. Really like sunglass compartment. For me, 5L is a more comfortable carry than the 2.5, even while carrying a bit more in the sling.

The End of My Bag Search

After I received the bag, I went on a trip to Asia, similar to the one they demonstrated in their video. I kept this on my body the entire time. Going to the airport, on the flight, and on every single outing around my destinations. I was able to hold my core items comfortably: 500 mL water bottle, sunglasses case, tote bag for shopping, wallet, passport, phone, hand sanitizer, chapstick, and some other small things. The bag does get a bit bulky when it is fully loaded up, but then I can loosen the strap to carry on my side pretty comfortably. Lastly, the shell seems pretty durable and keeps itself clean. Tossed around the bag quite a bit, and it holds off against water spray, dirt, and sand pretty well. The exterior looked exactly the same after my 2 week trip and a wipe down looked like it didn't hold onto any dirt or grime. I think this bag will be my go-to for a long time.

Learned about this brand from reddit (highly recommended and praised for its clever design) and decided to pull the trigger after months of comparing it with slings from Aer, Bellroy, Alpaka, Tomtoc, Orbitkey.

It may not be the sleekest in terms of appearance, but it does make up for it through its utility, which is most important for me anyway. 5L can fit tons of stuff and this is coming from a woman who is a chronic overpacker. Overall, this sling is a good value for money. I also appreciate that they didn’t use aquaguard zippers which I kinda hate.
