Inspired by Tokyo
During our travels in Tokyo, we were inspired by the understated yet reliable infrastructure of the city. These qualities resonate with our approach to design and our vision of creating gear that is functional with low-key aesthetics, fully culminating in the Toshi Series.

Expands and Packs Flat
Extra care to ensure that its silhouette looks good whether it is packed to full capacity or flat with only a few items in it.
Space efficient Design
A flat rectangular base to maximize every inch of space at the bottom. The use of suspended pockets keep smaller items on top of bulky items, and out of the "crush zone".
Focus on Construction
Materials and hardware chosen carefully to maintain abrasion and weather resistance while keeping the sling relatively light.
Customize Your Way
Customizable strap configuration to suit your carry style. Modular key leash allows you to choose where your keys go.
Stay Secure
Keep your sling firmly in place with our stabilizing strap (sold separately), designed for active commuters who demand a reliable and secure carrying solution.

I'm somewhat of a reluctant sling user, needing one only for camera gear but also not a fan of most camera slings as they are generally hard to access for most everyday use and usually overbuilt. The 5L Toshi sling is the perfect size for a mirrorless with one large zoom attached (I use mine for a Sony A7CR and a Tamron 25–200), and will fit an additional small prime with some finagling. Small camera accessories (filters, card readers, etc) will also fit with little compromise and the design of the pockets allows for some expansion, leaving room for small EDC items like a charger, battery, sanitizer, ear buds, etc. The strap is also among the more versatile and comfortable I've used, and the pocket layout is unique in it takes good advantage of patterning to not absorb each other's space.
My one criticism of the layout is where the accessory straps are located. The outer pocket essentially hangs independent of the rest of the bag, and its bottom secures this to the rest of the sling with a magnet. The space created between the sling and the outer pocket is where the straps are hidden. If the outer pocket was patterned with the rest of the sling it would have more available space, and if the straps were hidden in a similar fold on the *bottom* of the bag, it would give the sling a bit of padding that is sorely needed. Currently the bottom of the sling is a single layer of fabric and doesn't offer much protection to anything in the main compartment.
All in all it's still my favorite sling on the market and it's been pleasant to use and access through the day.
Många och välorganiserade fack och fickor
I bought this back from Germany and have to say I really like it. It is not small, in the end it is 5l and you have to be aware of this but even to it is quite big it can have a small profile and can kinda expand and despand (?) but i would say you get used to the size pretty quickly and get to like it.
Previously been using 2L sling bags as pocket relievers (Other brands). Looking at pictures and online reviews, I thought I wasn't going to like the look of this sling bag. I didn't like how it seem to look boxy in pictures and videos. However, ended up getting it anyway because of the capacity and the seemingly thoughtful design.
After receiving it, the sling did not disappoint one bit, in fact it exceeded my expectations. The sling actually does not look boxy in person. It carries pretty flush if I don't pack it out, so it doesnt look like a lump on my chest/back, but allows for the expanded capacity if need be.
The pockets are smartly designed that even if packed out, I dont find it a struggle to access anything I need to access. The independent capacity of the front pocket is nice and the top quick access is great to fit a few different things in it.
The external straps are great if I need to use it in a pinch.
Great design in general for the bag.
The only gripe I have with it is personal. The shoulder strap seems to cut into my neck a little, and the buckle for strap adjustment seems to always sit on my collar bone, which is quite annoying. However, its more to do with how i wear the bag or my torso in relation to the strap. I wouldn't mind getting some padding in that area so its a more comfortable carry.
Great fan of all of rework gear's product. Attention to detail and engineering shine through in every decision made.
Bag is excellent. Fits so much. From chilli’s bottle, my camera and documents to a bunch of other things you would call essentials
