Toshi Sling 5L V2

The sling has the perfect dimensions to carry something like a Steam Deck or my headphones in their case while still being pretty minimal.

As a frequent traveler, I never leave home without a small bag or sling. This one has everything I ever wanted and more—the premium fabric and smart pocket layout are incredible. Once I got it, I tossed out all my other small bags. This is officially the new standard for slings.

I grew out of my old 0.5L sling and after an extensive research decided to go with the Toshi V2 5L. I've had it now for a couple of weeks and getting used to a life with empty pockets. The bag is very roomy, still have room for more stuff should I need in the future. My biggest need was to store my bulky keychain somewhere other than my pockets and that goal has been easily met. I really like the assortment of pockets and the organization style; that is, there are plenty of small slots, but also many wide open pockets to just throw things in. I wasn't sure how I'd like the keychain, but it's been one of my favorite features, since I can vary where I put it and it's long enough to use for my front door without taking off the sling or removing the key from he keychain. I think the bag will last quite a while, since it looks very sturdy. The back pocket, with the current content of my sling, is a bit tight and realy can't fit more than a passport and a phone, but I guess that's the point.

One potential negative is that it's a lot bulkier than my prior sling (but it is 10x the capacity, lol). I've already gotten used to it tbh

All in all, very happy with the purchase and looking forward to a long relationship with my sling!

I am definitely a ‘bag person’. I have had many, many slings and backpacks in my life. They
befit in my lifestyle. I recently purchased the Toshi Sling 5LV2. It has become my new favorite and I think it is probably the best Sling yet. It is well constructed, perfect size. (not too big, not too small.), and is great in every way. Absolutely no complaints, I would highly recommend! In fact, I will probably eventually purchase a second one as a backup. My only suggestion might be to offer a couple of colors, other than black. Perhaps navy blue, burgundy, forest green would be nice.

The Toshi Sling 5L V2 is easily one of the best slings I’ve owned. The build quality is outstanding, with premium materials, smooth YKK zippers, and a clean, minimalist design that looks great in any situation. Despite its compact size, it holds an impressive amount of gear thanks to its smart layout and well-designed compartments.

It’s comfortable enough for all-day wear, whether you’re commuting, traveling, or just using it as an everyday carry. I also love the hidden pockets, compression straps, and the overall attention to detail. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and built to last.
