It hits the sweet spot for me. Big enough to carry everything I might need yet small enough to always grab, love the handle, when I’m heading out the door. For the size and versatility of carry the 5L V2 presents great value at the price.

Some have said they dislike the rain flap and the crumpled aesthetic of the front, to me they are beautifully functional. Allowing the bag to expand or contract with the size of your carry and keeping my items protected from the relentless Pacific Northwest rainfall, respectively. Form and function is balanced. Love; the external carry and stabilizing straps tucked behind magnets, always ready to be deployed. The pocketing that holds items in their own space. Less love/ wishlist; the grab handle is great but a little thin, more padding would be nice. Black cordura is functional and fit for purpose but a little boring, more colour and material choices might make me spring for the 2.5L. Very happy with my purchase!

Loved it so much I got a second one

I've had many slings throughout the years and they were either the perfect size with bad organization or a bad size with the perfect organization. It was form or function.

I was really happy to come across the Toshi 5L while researching slings and bought one for a 10-day international trip. It fit 4 passports and 4 boarding passes, two power banks, my wallet, and everything else I needed running though airports. My understanding is that this version has a top handle, which is a great feature that I use all the time, along with the stowable lash straps at the bottom.

I knew this is a unicorn bag, so I bought a second one as backup. Cannot recommend this highly enough.

New to the brand

Just got my Toshi 5L a few weeks ago and so far very happy with the quality size and organization of the bag. Definitely will not be the last product I will have. Congratulations on a great product.

Fantastic sling

The bag feels spacious and well-organized. The pockets seem well thought out and allow for me to carry everything I need to. I love the compression straps but feel like maybe instead of a magnet closure on that pocket a zipper might be better. It would add a tiny bit of friction to deploying the compression straps but would allow for that space to act as another usable pocket in a pinch.

Perfect EDC

Outgrew my 2.5L from another brand and this is perfect. Love the organization and ability to move straps helps keep it from sliding around. Size fully packed and empty is great as well. Would recommend
