The Toshi Sling 6L V2 is a city sling built for quick access and space efficiency. It keeps essentials within one zip away and intuitively organizes both bulky and small items. With an added liter over the 5L variant, it boasts more organizational compartments on top of expanded capacity and widened dimensions. V2 introduces a more structured main fabric, a softer strap for comfort, and a highly requested top handle — thoughtful updates that preserve what users loved while refining the carry experience.

Expands and Packs Flat
Extra care to ensure that its silhouette looks good whether it is packed to full capacity or flat with only a few items in it.
Space Efficient Design
A flat rectangular base to maximize every inch of space at the bottom. The use of suspended pockets keep smaller items on top of bulky items, and out of the "crush zone".
Ample Organization
Mesh pockets throughout the main and front compartments keep items neatly secured, and a targeted spot for pens.
Customize your way
Customizable strap configuration to suit your carry style. The modular key leash allows you to choose where your keys go.
Stay Secure
Keep your sling firmly in place with our stabilizing strap (sold separately), designed for active commuters who demand a reliable and secure carrying solution.

This bag is basically sling perfection. It holds more than it logically should and is comfortable to carry around. It is so clearly thoughtfully designed - the pocket layout especially helps it hold way more than you would expect just because it distributes the load across areas.
It punches way above its weight with what it can hold and yet the 6L size is not much larger than my 2L Elements Tech Pouch. It holds an 11” iPad Pro AND a Yeti Rambler 18oz. It’s wide enough to fit my Lenovo Legion Go (plus the iPad, but then it’s really heavy). It can hold 1-2 hardback books, an ereader, powerbank, and miscellaneous edc with plenty of room to spare. No problem carrying food and water for a day around the city. I’ve had multiple people that can’t believe how much stuff I’m pulling out of my tiny bag.
I’d love an xpac and waterproof zippers version, but that might mess with how easily it compresses.
I prefer a minimalist size carry and a 2.5 liter EDC sling is all I need most of the time but occasionally I need something bigger such as when I need to bring my 11 inch iPad Air tablet. The Rework Gear Toshi Sling 6L V2 is perfect. There’s more than enough room to transfer everything from my 2.5 liter EDC and then some including adding minor bulkier items such as sunglass case. Surprisingly the 6L size sits well on my left upper thigh while driving so I don’t have to remove the strap from my right shoulder and place the sling somewhere else when using the steering wheel. There are organizational pockets for everything. Everything! I haven’t had a chance use the discreet back pocket for a passport yet but it’s perfectly there when I’ll need it. The handle is super useful. Transferring from one spot to another spot would be pretty annoying if there wasn’t a handle when it’s filled up and heavier. The fabric feels nice to caress when you’re just fidgety yet it’s very durable and more than enough water resistant for me and I carry 3 iPhones.
Minor wishes
1. I wish all the one way zippers went in the opposite direction as the strap is always on my right shoulder, not left. I would bet right shoulder carry is more common and popular than left shoulder carry.
2. A more natural way to use my Peak Design straps with the sling than to buy an additional D or horseshoe ring for attachment.
3. A better place to use smaller attachments other than the zipper pull for my https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0719Q6LZJ?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_13&th=1 to use for my key chain
4. I’d be willing to pay more to have a nicer handle such as the handle on Peak Design’s 6 liter sling.
Positives:
-the exterior carry is awesome
-key leash can be moved or removed
-airtag pocket is incredibly well-hidden
-having a back, top and front pocket included is just a thing of beauty, every sling should have these pockets, so handy to protect valuables from thieves or being crushed by other stuff carried
-Idk why people gripe about the fabrics quality, they feel and look great/durable despite not being name-brand or custom, still it would be cool to have more options than just the black nylon
-for me the most important thing is how ambidextrous this sling can be worn, I hate slings that expect you to wear it on only one side, my left shoulder wants nothing to do with carrying stuff
Negatives (Nitpicks tbh cause this sling is my new favorite):
-would love more colors and different fabric options for exterior( blue, green, burgundy, beige) (xpack, ecopack, ripstop)
-front compartment zipper feels a lil “crunchy” to open sometimes, maybe because of the flap? But tbh I also love how the flap makes the sling look so I don’t care that much to see it go away
-I’m not a huge fan of hypalon zipper pulls, prefer nylon just cause they won’t show wear as easy
The 6L version of this is exactly what I’m looking for in a daily EDC sling. I’ve used 4L slings that lacked the width and capacity for all my usual stuff, and 9L that held more than needed and hurt my shoulders.
That padded back compartment in the main pocket is the MVP here: I can carry my Switch, waterbottle, or book anywhere from theme parks to the gym and grocery runs, and I’ll still have space for a camera*, first aid kit, sunscreen, etc. I think it’s perfect for my height at 178cm without being too big or too small.
The alternative loops for the strap placement are very welcome, and I have it in the offset configuration. The strap woven material itself is smooth and silky to the touch compared to other sling straps I’ve used, and I ended up appreciating the included 6L shoulder pad more than I thought. It feels lighter and very natural to wear.
The few things it lacks for me are: colorways (would love to have it in grey) and *bottom padding for extra camera safety. Also the open compartment at the bottom seems oddly huge for those bottom tripod loops.
Rework, thank you for making pretty the perfect daily sling.
Great combi of a small bag, big enough to carry my daily things: wallet, sunglasses, keys, but also my foldable walking stick.
i have the 6l bag and am very pleased with it. i probably have 10-12 bags by different manufacturers and this one is the best sir far. very roomy and a place for everything that i carry. love the extra pocket.
the only things i would change is to get rid of the flap on the front pocket and instead of a d-ring on the zipper pulls i would use round ones. it makes it easier if you want to make a change of the pulls.
great bag!!
